REVACIO® SPA is a excellent skin web for skin packing(VSP), including excellent global easy peel, excellent transparency, excellent gloss, miniature drip, no heat shrink folds, excellent processability,it contains special pa(nylon) layer, so very strong and stands high temperature (about 240℃)


REVACIO® SPA skin films has been in the using under 60um of thickness because it contains special pa(nylon) layer, enough to use hard food and bony meat and bony fish, at low price. As same as REVACIO G1520®, REVACIO® SPA sealant to tray of coated or coatless PP, PET, PE, EVA, ALUMINUM, PAPER, PS, PVC tray.


REVACIO® SPA skin films does not use harmful substance in all layer because it's maybe harmful to human body, and obey to comply with regulation of Food Safety Law of all countries of the world., including Korea, U.S.A., Japan, EU,. etc.


**We do not use EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) material in food contact layer(sealing layer) for human Health, for using microwave oven or high heat cooking utensils. We have been used raw material which is approved Food and Drug Administration of each country in the world.

                     Plane heat type   40um~80um


2. Application For REVACIO®SPA

• Mid-hard food: pork, beef, fishery, potato, cold lunchbox, hard fruits., etc.

• Hard-food: frozen lunch box, pig trotter, frozen meat, rib, processed food, bean. etc.

3. The most important characteristics of REVACIO®SPA

• High tensile strength and good elongation(mid-soft), miniature drip, excellent cutting, excellent heat stability,

• Excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier function

• High transparency and high seal strength on tray

• Work at low temperature in skin machine

• Do not use EVA in food contact layer for using microwave oven

• Use pe,eva coated tray or coatless of pp tray, pet tray, aluminum tray, ps tray, paper tray

• Seal strength won't come off in cold temperature, for example refrigerator, ice box

• Using approved raw material for microwave oven, by Food and Drug Administration of each country in the world, including U.S.A., EU, Japan., ect.
